I highly recommend Friend of a Friend Computers North! Dennis was so friendly and the service was excellent. Pricing transparency is really important to me. I was given a full breakdown with individual cost of each piece of hardware and labor. My laptop is old but I only need it to last until I'm done with school later this year. Dennis didn't try to convince me to trash it and buy a new one. He listened to me and did what he could to give it as much life as possible while being honest about the laptop still having limited life left. It works so much better now, so much faster, and exactly what I needed to get through school!

Dennis (the owner) is great! I filled out the online service request on his website early in the morning. He responded within minutes - before they were even open. We had a computer that wouldn't reboot and we were concerned there was lost data because we had tried extensive recovery efforts on our own. Dennis quoted a VERY reasonable price. We took it in and within a few hours he texted me it was ready. Everything works great! Dennis was friendly and easy to work with. Just got to say Dennis did a fantastic job putting my PC together and his service was TOP NOTCH. I myself am an aging PC Store Owner who is getting on in his years and just did not feel like dealing with all the small screws as my hands shake more today then they once did and the eyes do not see as well either. Dennis not only did an awesome job putting it together at a reasonable price, but I had a couple special orders for him too which he fulfilled at again a very fair and reasonable price.
