Amazing service! Brought my laptop in for cleaning and fan replacement. Kayden got it cleaned and showed me how dirty and grimy my old fans were, even after he had cleaned them. Definitely returning!
Kayden at Friend of a Friend did a fantastic job of cleaning up my PC along with removing unneeded programs, upgrading the operating system to Win11 and setting up my backups to work correctly. This was all done at a very fair price. He is extremely knowledgeable and as a retired CTO, I would highly recommend him to fix any issues with your PC.
After having an urgent needed repair on my sons gaming computer, Kayden was able to diagnose, order parts, fix & repair all within 24 hours! Although the time was hard on my son, I knew anywhere else would have been ATLEAST 3-5 DAYS!!! I APPRECIATE THE PROMPT SERVICE, THE KIND SERCVICE & HONESTY OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE!! MY last computer person i used, ran a home business and sadly passed away a couple years ago! So, even searching for a computer repair person was stressful! Purchased a laptop from Best Buy that did not work correctly out of the box. Did not get the warranty. Spent months with the manufacturer trying to get it fixed. Finally brought it to Friend of a Friend and it was fixed in a day for a reasonable price.
Great experience with Kayden at this locally owned family business in Spokane Valley. Service was expedient and customer service was exemplary. I don’t know my way around hardware, but didn’t need to as Kayden did my migration from my old (Windows 7) machine to a new laptop without judgement-LOL. Highly Recommend!
