Their website has been down for a month now and they don't pay their tutors. When the tutors go to access their pay Frog tutoring charges them a fee! This is not disclosed at all on their website. And because their website has been down for a month we can't access the sessions, so when we requested our money back they won't refund any funds, staying our contract and website says any payments made 30 days or more can't be refunded. Well if their site has been down for a month how are we suppose to know, and our contract does not state anywhere that any funds will be kept or non-refundable!! *Do not sign up with Frog Tutoring, they are a sham company and are being reported to the Federal Workforce Commission.*
