Fujiyama seriously might be my next favorite sushi spot to hang out at downtown! The ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant made me feel like was working in luxury while did a food photography shoot there. The person I worked with there was fun and easy to work with but the food was truly outstanding. I can't eat a lot of fish so I was so happy to find out they had vegetarian and vegan options for rolls as well! They had a lot more to offer such as ramen and and rice bowls which, sadly, I didn't get to try but I definitely plan on it next time I'm in!

Came for my lunch break and got a 007 roll to go. They have a lunch special menu where everything is $10. So delicious and fresh. They brought it out fast. Will definitely be coming back!

Love Fujiyama! Special rolls are all $9.99 for lunch. We love sitting at the sushi bar. Great atmosphere and service.

This place should be in contest for top sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs. Awesome deal for lunch, 9.99 on rolls (seen in photos). Very accommodating for large groups as well as date night.
