I am absolutely impressed with the customer service along with this company and their speedy installation. Our sales person, Sean was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the product and service. The PM Tony and Aaron all with their crew did some amazing work putting in the new carpet along with painting our foyer. I would highly recommend them! Here is before and after painting and carpet installation.

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 1. They covered nothing while removing a tile floor....dust all over the house. 2. They left the front door and side doors unlocked every night when they left. ( EVEN AFTER I ASKED THE LEAD MAN TO MAKES URE THEY WERE LOCKED.....) 3. They left a window in the living room wide open when they left. 4. They swept dust and tile debris into the hvac vents on the floor. Fortunately we were having the entire system replaced shortly after the floor was completed but they didn't know that. So essentially, had we not had that done, when we went to turn the hvac system it would have blown dust everywhere. The tech who did the tear out for the hvac company showed us what was swept into the vents. He said it was the worst he had ever seen. 5. All of the tile flooring removed was placed in the side yard. No tarp. Still finding tile slivers that will puncture a tire or a person's foot. They did a lousy job. 6. USED OUR VACCUME TO DO WHAT LITTLE CLEAN UP THEY DID DO. THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO LINE UP THE FLOORING WITH THE EXISTING FLOORING. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. IN CONCLUSION: THEY WERE THE ONLY BAD PART OF MY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE. IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT ACTS RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.....AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆OH and P.S. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Not sure how, but they have managed to have this review hidden or totally removed 2 times now. It makes one wonder how many more 1 star reviews have been "deleted" ????? Judging by the service we received id guess quite a bit more than are actually shown.
