Called early in the morning on the coldest day I had seen thus far. They answered and showed up on time. They had great rates. Took around 30 mins. Boom! My heat was back! I can finally relax and de-layer. Thanks Ryan! He was a really nice and genuine guy.

Ryan and his team went above and beyond to troubleshoot my HVAC issues. They were communicative, punctual and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They had flexible scheduling where other companies did not, and got my repairs taken care of way ahead of the estimated timeline. If you’re in need of HVAC repair, I strongly suggest giving Hope heating and AC repair a chance.

Spectacular experience with Dwight and Hope Heating and Air! They were extremely communicative about arrivals and if they were running a little late. Dwight was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was also very respectful of our home. He was able to save us $1000s of dollars with a simple fix for our furnace. Never were we told our unit was too old or we must buy a new unit! Best customer service we have ever received from any AC company we’ve dealt with in Georgia!

Ryan was a pleasure to work with! After our system failed on a Saturday evening, he came over first thing on a Sunday morning to make the repairs, so we did not have to spend another night without A/C! He identifies and repaired the problem in less than an hour, and his price was very reasonable (especially for an emergency call). I highly recommend Ryan and his team!
