Love this place! Started taking classes here as a way to be more active and have some fun. The staff here are universally kind to beginners, and really encourage us to embrace our own movement. Plus, classes here are so affordable.

My experience at Full Out has been the most positive one ever! The staff is super friendly and their faculty is extremely talented and encouraging. My favourite part about the classes is how open and supportive everyone is. Full Out does their best to create an inclusive environment where students feel safe to explore new dance styles and be vulnerable when performing choreo. Even though it's out of the way from where I live in the city, I wouldn't pick any other studio over this one! Sooo worth the trek :)

Love this space. Great community for anyone looking to connect with other dancers and awesome teachers. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Easy walk from West Oakland Bart is a huge plus.

Super cute studio and lounge space. Awesome staff. If you want to get into the dance scene in the Bay you have to take a class here. So much fun
