Been going to this wash since we moved to Logan about 5 months ago! Things were amazing until the most recent time we went to get a wash and just bought a new car. We were confused because we didn’t know how to turn off our auto hold and the car wasn’t moving forward on the belt. A taller Hispanic man came from the back and scolded us,..literally saying “can you read ?!”. It was so weird and uncalled for…not going back anymore bc they treated a regular so poorly.

I really appreciate there being an attendant to help guide me into the track due to past car wash trauma. Can get crazy busy on a sunny winter day above 32, but generally quick and efficient.
