Hired the soft play and bouncy castle package for my sons 1st birthday party as there was older and younger children attending, this was great for the mix of ages we had and all the kids enjoyed the equipment. The booking system is easy to navigate with a very wide variety of bouncy castles and packages to choose from, the booking was then confirmed the day before the party which gave us ease. The guys came and set up quickly and on time and were very friendly. Thank you very much:)

Hired the soft play for a 1st birthday party. Really happy with the customer service, quality and variety of the soft play. The party was in a hired venue and we arranged times for the set up and collection and Fun Factor was happy to do this. The soft play hire included shapes, a mat, ball pit and little ride ons. The ride ons were great as the babies who couldn’t walk yet were able to use them as walkers as well as ride them. The staff were so friendly when setting up and collecting too as well as on the phone. I highly recommend.

Second time using this company for my son's birthday party. They arrived on time and set up really quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire a bouncy castle in the west Yorkshire area!!

We had such brilliant service from Fun Factor. The bouncy castle and the ride on unicorns were absolutely gorgeous, clean and were enjoyed by all the children. The delivery and collection were at the perfect time and the delivery driver was really lovely. I couldn't recommend them more.

Let me start by saying, will definitely use again and for all future functions! The booking process was a breeze so simple, no waiting for someone to confirm availability all done instantly via the website. I was then contacted by Derek who confirmed the booking and times etc with me. He arrived promptly on the day, set up with no issues and returned on time to take the castle down. The kids absolutely loved it - would highly recommend! Thank you so much and will definitely see you again!
