We’d like to say a huge thank you to Paige for helping us purchase our new 12ft platform slide and Didicar track. During the process, I changed my mind on the theme, and Paige went above and beyond to get everything amended without any hassle. We’re now expecting a red volcano-themed slide to arrive at our warehouse this week, perfectly timed and ready for this year’s summer season. Fantastic service from start to finish!

I ordered 2 made to order inflatable lazer maze arenas in March of 2025 from BetterBounce. Both arenas were delivered in August 2025 exactly as promised. These inflatables are very high quality and have held up well to theavy traffic. They have increased my lazertag sales dramatically. Would definitely do business with them again in the future.

The work speaks for itself!!! Phenomenal work by Lee and his team went above and beyond for this one! We Had a vision and they brought it to life! Even better than expected! The colours are bright and beautiful the quality is amazing! I had a 3 week time limit (I was pushing it abit) but they pushed through and had it delivered in time!! I would 110% recommend that you get in touch with this company for your business needs and custom designs! Big thank you for the wild Paige in customer support for helping me design it fully!! We first started using Better Bounce back in 2023 when Lee made us some custom printed safety mats, and we’ve been coming back ever since. Over the past couple of years, we’ve purchased a number of items from them, including blowers and bouncy castles, and every time the service has been excellent. Most recently, we ordered a brand new superhero castle through Paige, and once again Better Bounce delivered exactly as promised. From start to finish, the whole process was straightforward and professional, and the quality of the products is always spot on. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough – a fantastic supplier that we’ll continue to use in the future.

Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with for my first inflatable purchase. He guided me through every step of the way, informed me on everything I needed to start up. I’ve had my castle for almost a year now & have bookings most weekends, every time we’re hired out, we receive so many compliments on our stunning white castle. This was custom made by Better Bounce & again, Lee was fantastic with getting me exactly what I asked for. Lee is still on board now & I know of if I needed any other guidance or help he would definitely be on hand! Will be ordering again for sure!
