Yes, I would use them again! The kids enjoyed this bounce house soooo much! The Fun factory staff were patient and answered all of my questions prior to booking. They had thorough follow up. They arrived to the event on time to set up and were just the nicest ppl! I felt like they treated us like family and definitely the type of people I enjoy doing business with. Booooooook em!

The fun factory was easy to plan and schedule our event the gentleman who brought the items were very sweet and super respectful. We had a small issue, but the company took care of it without any questions. We look forward to using them again, and I will definitely refer friends to this company when they are in need.

Our experience with Fun Factory was fantastic! From ordering online, to delivery and pick up, everything was seamless. We rented a moon bounce, tables and chairs. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful! We will definitely use them again for our next event!

After a long ‘Google’ search, trying to find the best place to rent an ‘Inflatable Obstacle Course’ I found ‘The Fun Factory’. I rented this Inflatable for my son 8th Birthday and it met every expectation as my son and his guest thoroughly enjoyed it! Compared to many other companies the Fun Factory price are very reasonable and it comes with great communication and customer service. Also, we had the opportunity to keep it overnight ( and my 3 boys enjoyed every minute of it). I will definitely be renting from them Again!!!!

We rented the football, soccer, and basketball inflatables from The Fun Factory for our 3rd Annual South Baltimore Friends & Family Fun Day Festival, and they truly helped make the event special! Their team was punctual, professional, and quick to respond when a minor issue came up. The inflatables were clean, safe, and a huge hit with the kids and families. Their support added real value to an event that brought nearly 600 community members together. We’re grateful for their role in helping us create a joyful and meaningful day for South Baltimore!
