Amazing customer service! We loved the bounce house and everything was as pictured and timely. They even threw in a popcorn machine which was a big hit!! Would definitely use them again. Thanks Ali!

Owner is very professional and made sure I was able to book and schedule despite having a hectic schedule that weekend! The owner was very accommodating and I will absolutely use this company again. The train was the biggest hit at the party. The team arrived on time. They were very professional and made sure our guest enjoyed the train and had a great experience. My guest at the party were Blown away. Thank you so so much Moon Bounce Galaxy. 5 stars all the way

Moon Bounce Galaxy made renting a bounce house seamless. It was so easy to choose from their online inventory and then you can book it directly on their site. They give you a quick call to confirm information and you’re all set! Delivery and pick up were just as smooth! I’d highly recommend them for your party rental needs!

We had an amazing experience with Moon Bounce! Despite our limited budget and several contract changes, their team was incredibly supportive and helped us get exactly what we needed. On the event day, they arrived on time, handled multiple setup changes with a smile (even in the hot weather), and all the equipment was spotless and like new. Communication was excellent, and they were always available when needed. Our Back to School event was a big success, and both parents and kids were very happy. We will definitely work with this wonderful team again for future events

Ali's staff was super professional and friendly. They have a great selection of MoonBounces and other carnival features! Ordering and delivery were a cinch, and the prices are very competitive! They are also diligent in cleaning an maintaining their products, will certainly use again!
