Me and my daughter just started pilates and so far it's been a great experience! The studio is clean and all instructors we've had, have been really sweet! So far we had a mix of people, some a few weeks in and some that have been going for a long time and I've never felt like "the newbie" who didnt know what was going on like some other types of workout classes tend to feel. Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the smaller class size so you get individual attention. And if you're a plus size girlie and worried about all the things, dont! Its for everyone! I've never felt judged and the way its set up, no one is looking at each other, everyone is focused on their own form and breathing, so if you're on the fence, book it!
This was my first pilates class and I was very impressed! The enviroment was clean, calm, and safe. The instructor was very kind and even though I was unsure of my form and movements, she was able to guide me very easily! I enjoyed it so much I even signed up for a package!
I’ve been going to Function Pilates for a few months now and it’s been an amazing change, the instructors are genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, always making sure I move safely while helping me build strength, improve my posture, and increase flexibility. The studio feels welcoming and community-oriented; even as a beginner I never felt out of place. Whether I’m doing a reformer session or mat Pilates, each class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and more confident with my body. My instructor was Kim and I loved how she was hands on with me. I was struggling a bit but she was so encouraging & knowledgeable. I’m excited for my next class.
