Functional Idaho Strength & Mobility for Longevity

Absolutely love this place. It’s def spendy and my only complaint is they don’t have any machines for some of the movements I personally like to do. But other than that love it. They have a sauna and a cold plunge which is nice, but most importantly quality racks and a hella good vibe. The staff is very fun and supportive and kind. The gym is super kid friendly and helpful with that as well

Jack City is a well-organized and well equipped gym. There is plenty of space for functional training, never feeling stuffy or too busy. I appreciate being able to workout knowing I don’t have to wait for a squat rack. It helps that the people are so accommodating and nice!! Matt has helped me drastically with specific fitness goals and has gone above and beyond to help me push myself, in and out of the gym. Zoe and Connie have been so uplifting and an amazing guide for my nutritional goals, as well as just helping me become a more joyful human. This place is a second home to me, and I am confident you will feel that same warmth and joy when you walk through the doors.

This gym is incredible! The amount, quality and diversity of equipment, I have not seen at other facilities. The staff is great! The whole atmosphere of the gym is just refreshingly different! Their custom tailored workout programs insure that you get a routine that insures you reach your goals. Ask for Jackie…trust me!
