I started here with Brenna about a month ago. She is such a fantastic trainer, she cares about you, so much that she prioritizes safety, and growth over perfection, and exertion. She creates an environment where you can feel confident as you learn an grow. The gym space is perfect for a non-gym intimidation experience. Everyone here I've meet has been so friendly. Great gym, great trainers. Highly recommend!!
Over the years, I’ve joined numerous exercise classes and have trained with many personal trainers. But, I didn’t get the results that I’m getting while training with Brenna. Since training with Brenna, I’ve noticed improvements in my upper and lower body strength, flexibility, muscle toning and weight loss. Brenna is very patient and positive. I have been very impressed by her adaptability and knowledgeability. My trainer is awesome and I highly recommend her!
best gym and very friendly environment. there is a bunch of helpful and useful equipment to use. I workout with the athlete class and I like that Tyler strives to help improve you at your sport and stay in shape. It is definitely a 5 star gym!
