Not the best experience, the viedoe on the website shows big slides and kids sliding down on some sort of soft sledge. Also, we could not find any arcade games. The ninja warrior obstacle course is not suitable for younger kids (age 6/7) and the bouncy castle was overcrowded.
On arrival it was a nightmare getting parked, seating area very cramped, no room to move benches to get in, coffee was average, didnt eat so cant comment. First time ever that my grandson has wanted to leave early and we have been to many play, adventure and trampoline places, normally dragging him out. Staff friendly, can honestly say we wont be back, absolutely freezing, lot smaller than it looks in picturez, lots of room for improvement, definitely wouldnt waste your money
The place is extremely cold; my child left with blue lips due to the temperature. There were no heaters in use, and the play frame appeared to be unsecured, which raised safety concerns. Upon arrival, I stood at the counter for approximately five minutes before being acknowledged, despite two staff members being present behind the food counter and visibly aware of my presence. The cold was so uncomfortable that I had to put my shoes back on to warm my feet. Additionally, the front entrance does not appear to be secure, allowing children to run in and out freely, which presents a significant safety risk.
Avoid this venue. The structure has not been built correctly resulting in two young children with injuries after falling from an unsecured area. One child has a fractured wrist and another dislocated their knee. Funparx were made aware and continued to allow children on to the frame when surely an incident such as this warrants a full site inspection of any other safety issues. They have not contacted the parents to ask how the kids are and have instead chosen to ignore any correspondence! Shocking behaviour from a family venue! Pictures clearly show the soft play steps haven’t been secured into place in multiple areas. Update they replied to an email refusing to correspond and would only deal with communication via insurance shocking response showing significant lack of care towards their customers and young children using their venue
Excellent new place for the kids or adults to burn off some energy . Ninja zone , Retro arcade zone ( free to play) , soft play for ages 12 and under and an inflatable zone. Plenty for all ages . We will definitely be back .
