I was at Furniture City warehouse to pick up my sofa a few weeks ago, but was confused as to how to retrieve it. I called Furniture City and Marco helped me through the process. He was extremely friendly, polite, and thorough in his explanations. He let me know that I arrived past the operating hours since they closed at 4 and it was already 4:20. I kindly expressed to him that the paper I was given after I purchased my sofa stated that the warehouse operated until 4:30. He apologized for the inconvenience and Informed me that he had another associate contacting the warehouse to see if anyone was still there. Thankfully there was and he helped me get in contact with Monty. Monty took my paperwork and immediately made a copy so that I could retrieve my sofa quickly. I appreciated that when it was time to load, he expressed in detail how to cut the plastic over it so that I wouldn’t puncture my sofa. After he loaded it onto the truck bed he also helped with the tiedowns and made sure it was as secure as possible. He asked if I had any other questions and reminded me of the proper way to cut through the packaging. I appreciate how sweet, considerate, and informative he was. I will continue to do business with Furniture City in the future for any of my furniture needs.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me something. The furniture itself is great quality — sturdy, well-made, and exactly as described. Delivery/setup was easy, communication was clear the whole time, and you can really tell he takes pride in what he does. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone looking for solid, beautiful furniture and a genuinely good buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future pieces.

I had a great experience at this furniture store thanks to Michael and his managers. They were all very nice, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Michael took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, without any pressure. His managers were just as supportive and professional, which really says a lot about the team and how the store is run. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend shopping here.

I had went into Furniture City after leaving another furniture store unhappy with the bedroom sets they had on the floor. I was interested in one I found online and that particular store said they could order it for me but wouldn’t price match. Unhappy with that store lead me to Furniture City. Andrea greeted me as I walked in. I explained to her what I was looking for. She lead me to two bedroom sets that fit the description I had explained. She listened to my wants and needs and wasn’t just trying to sell me something. I did like the two she showed me but I liked the one online so much more, so I showed it to her. She said they carried that line and could order it for me at that price, deliver it and set it up. As we walked to the counter Adam, the manager, stepped in and introduced himself. He assisted Andrea and said he was happy to help. I put down a deposit that night and returned the next day to pay the balance. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman and I told him I was there to make a payment. Immediately, Adam walked around the corner and told him he would take care of me. We walked to the counter together and he asked if I wouldn’t mind him training an employee on taking a payment. It was nice for him to ask. I was told my bedroom set would be in around 5-6 weeks but Adam said more like 2-3. I believe it came in 2-3 weeks. Drivers contacted me the day of delivery and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the bed was not the correct one I had ordered. I immediately text Andrea and she apologized and got right on it. The next day Andrea text stating the correct one was ordered and would be delivered in two weeks and again apologized for the inconvenience. I wasn’t bothered because I had the wrong one to use until I received the correct one. It came in two weeks like she promised. Again their guys were in and out quickly and very courteous. I am extremely happy with the Customer Service and the quality of the set I chose. Having a sales person actually listen to you is rare. Andrea didn’t make me feel pressured at all. She was kind patient and knowledgeable on the company’s products. It’s also rare to have a manager step in just to assist, not trying to pressure for a sale. And for Adam to remember me the next day made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer. They are building relationship for future purchases. Adam and Andrea have my business in the future. I highly recommend Furniture City. Five star service!
