Top notch. Didn't realize RC Willey is essentially a bank with a furniture store attached to it and all the furniture is junk. Bought a brand new sectional from them and my elbows went through the elbow rests after leaning on them too heavily. Furniture lab was able to help us replace the essentially cardboard elbow rests with some real wood. Feels way more durable now and will hopefully be with us for a long time. Working with furniture lab was a breeze. They picked up the problematic pieces, diagnosed and fixed them in the shop and dropped it back off shortly after. Highly recommend. -MP

My antique patio chairs needed new webbing. Not easy to replace as I learned. Mark at Furniture Lab went out of his way to accommodate me. The webbing material and workman ship were very satisfactory to me. The price and the service were excellent. I want to praise a good deed as I see/experience it.

We could not be happier with our experience with Furniture Lab. They fixed our 15-year-old dysfunctional massage chair (I couldn't find ANYONE in the valley who would touch it), repaired the upholstery on our lazy boy, and completely restored our two leather couches. The furniture looks better than it did when we purchased it 8 years ago. Dylan was kind and very informative throughout the process. The movers were also kind and respectful of our property. We will absolutely use Furniture Lab again in the future.

We recently had four 20+ year-old counter stools refinished, reupholstered and the mechanisms repaired. We had searched everywhere to replace the stools; however, everything now is so cheaply made that we couldn't find anything nearly as sturdy. My husband did some research and found the Furniture Lab in Las Vegas, NV, about two hours from where we live in Utah. Dylan was so professional and knowledgeable, yet very friendly. We are so happy with their work and would definitely use them again if necessary.

Took a couch in for a split seam. Work looked great when I got the couch back unfortunately it didn't hold up. Granted the dogs jump on and off the couch but the repair lasted a week. The couch is around 6 years old and this was first seam issue. I expected more when spending $300 for the repair. The worst part is I contacted them to see if they stand behind their work. I sent photos at their request. After that they stopped responding altogether. I recommend to go somewhere else that will stand behind their repairs
