They will makes all kinds of promises when working to get the sale but zero follow through and when you call to inquire on the status of the furniture that was supposed to be delivered and hasn’t been over a month later, you are met with zero accountability, blaming everyone else and zero willingness to help. Save your money, avoid the hassle and go somewhere else. I would add a picture of my furniture but it’s been over a month and still zero answers of when or if it’s going to be delivered but you better believe they already processed the payment! When asking for someone in corporate to maybe assist Gabriel informed me I could google the number and he didn’t have the contact number for his supervisor. This place is very unprofessional and has no desire to help after the sale is made

Went for a good bed, not too expensive and found one. Aubrianna was wonderful! Didn’t try to sell me. Helped me by letting me think the purchase through on what it was I really liked and thought would work best for me. Would go back to work with her if I needed something else.

What an awesome experience. My disabled Veteran husband and I just moved into a new home in Lubbock from another state for his health. When Gabriel found out we needed a full house of furniture before Christmas, he personally made sure it happened. Conner and his team just delivered two full bedroom sets, a full living room set and a diningroom table & chairs with setup in record time. The new furniture is beautiful. Thank you so much Gabriel for making our first Christmas in our new home merry and bright!

Edit 2: at this point this is the last place I would ever recommend getting furniture from. Zero help. Zero communication. Every time I reach out I get no response or just told there is another delay with no solution. Called today to make sure my couch would still be delivered tomorrow after being told on Monday that it would be just to be told probably not. Why am I having to reach out for updates? Horrible service. Edit : just wanted to piggyback off of my recent review, we were originally told it would be 4 weeks max before we would receive our couch, it has now been over 2 months and we still have not received it. I definitely understand there can be delays but it seems excessive, we were offered no compensation or any explanation other than it’s just delayed. Our salesman Nico was very kind, helpful, and not pushy at all, very easy experience and good selection

Aubrianna was amazing to work with! Furniture Row was our first stop and she wasn’t pushy when we said we were looking strong and comparing pricing. 5 stores later, her customer service was the best, she had exactly what we needed and was super friendly! Went back the next day and got what we needed plus a coffee table and side table. Great pricing! 10/10 recommend!
