We had the best experience with Ramsower's Furniture. Every person we dealt with was exceptional from Holly, our sales associate, to the delivery personnel. We had a few issues with some chairs (none of which was their fault) and they worked tirelessly to make everything right for us. We will definitely shop here again. It is also nice they deliver to Midland.

Found this place after visiting nearly every furniture store in Lubbock. Awesome place for luxury furnishings. Staff was nice and really helpful. No pushy sales folks here. Next day delivery was awesome. Not the place if your looking for cheap furniture. If your looking for quality and unique selections then look no further.

I cannot say enough about this furniture store!!! We waited too late to order a new table before Thanksgiving. All other stores told us it would be a week or two before they could deliver. Ramsower’s had the table and chairs we wanted in stock and they were willing to deliver it same-day! Thanksgiving was saved!! Holly is so nice and incredibly helpful. The delivery guys are just as nice and went out of their way to make sure the table was brought in without damaging it (which was a challenge but they did it!). I can’t thank them all enough for making sure our holiday was merry and bright!

I would say Ramsower's for the win. We have spent many days visiting almost every furniture store in Lubbock. We found a lot of low quality furniture and pushy sales people. We had really given up and decided we would look in Dallas next time we were there. I then noticed Ramsower's on Google maps and said might as well stop in. I am happy to say we are super glad we did instead of pushy sales person we found Holli. Holli was very interested in listening to what we were looking for. Even offered to come look at and measure the space. We had pictures and measurements with us and she really was able to make some great suggestions based on what she saw. After some back and fourth and many great suggestions we found some great pieces of furniture. I have to say she was very attentive and never once did we feel she was being pushy. She helped by presenting options we had not even thought of. She accomplished her job of selling us but didn't leave us feeling like we got taken advantage of. She was knowledgeable about the products we we're looking at which made the entire process very efficient. All in all she helped us design a living room we can be comfortable in, with furniture we feel will last us more than a couple of years. She had us financed setup and our furniture ordered in pretty short order. While Ramsower's is not the cheapest furniture store in town the merchandise feels like it is of higher quality than most we visited. Everything is ordered and is expected to take 4-6 weeks to arrive. So I will be sure to check back in once it has been delivered.

What a great store! Everything is arranged beautifully and they have a great selection of furniture and the best accessories I've seen. It's all so pretty but not stuffy. The sales people are not only friendly (but not pushy) and knowledgeable but also interior designers. I found out that you're not limited to what is shown in the store. Most of they're business is custom covers for their upholstered pieces and special orders for other pieces. They helped me with everything from furniture placement to colors, fabrics, accessories and tables. I plan to do more redecorating and my sales person will actually come to my house if I would like more help. Wow, they are so talented and kind and worked really hard on my living room. They really cared about what I wanted, not just selling the furniture that was in the store. They did a lot of research through all of the resources available to them to find the right pieces for me and my family. All these design services are complimentary when you buy your furniture with Ramsowers. I had so much fun there. They took all of the apprehension I had about buying furniture away and made it a very pleasant easy process. Now I'm not afraid to tackle our master bedroom. I would like to add that I'd been in several times before I made my first purchase. Even when I didn't buy anything, they were just as helpful when I had questions, were just as friendly and let me explore the store without following me. Each time I've been in, the store had a fresh look and new merchandise. I also think their prices are fair and reasonable and the furniture is good quality. They also have a good variety of prices. I highly recommend Ramsowers!
