What a difference a great person makes! Kam was so friendly, warm and genuine when we started looking around for a smaller 2 seat snuggle sofa. Not a huge range in any shop we visited but she guided us to one she felt would work for us. We never felt any pressure to buy on the spot (we left and came back later), just given lots of information, options and time to chose the right one.

Purchased an armchair from here and received it in December. While the service in store was good, the floor protector glide set they sold to me failed within a day. I emailed FV direct to report it 3 times. The issue was ignored twice, and then they said they’d send a new set which they haven’t. I will not shop at FV again after experiencing the after sales service.
