This is genuinely the first nail salon in Richmond (I’ve lived here for 10 years) that I loved going to. Everyone was so nice, service was fast and efficient, and I love my nails!

Rose gave me the best gel manicure I have received in Richmond! We also had a great time chatting and laughing! Thanks Rose, and I'll see you in a few weeks!

Apparently this nail salon refused to do a simple nail color change since they basically said you need a full pedicure even though I explained that I just had a fresh pedicure done last weekend smh. Bunch of clowns cost me an extra 30 mins across town to the other nail salon that originally did my nails, all for a freaking color change, utterly ridiculous!

I’ve been holding hands with Cathy for almost a decade and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I receive compliments on my nails all the time. Fusion is the best nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life. 100000/10

This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had unfortunately. I was left with acetone on my fingers for well over an hour to the point it started burning so I removed the aluminum foil myself. By the time I was done with my pedicure, the gel on my fingers had re-hardened and my tech just kept trying to scrape it off without re-soaking the polish despite me asking multiple times that it’d be easier to just re-soak at this point. You can still see the old polish through the new polish along the sides. It was honestly a terrible experience. It seemed all the other customers were regulars though so maybe they have a better experience. I won’t be back though.
