Scents of Serenity spa provides great service from check in to spa treatment. Therapists are excellent. They listen to your concerns and goal for appt. Very calming atmosphere. Highly recommend this spa.

Scents of Serenity is so gorgeous inside! It’s also incredibly relaxing and exactly what you would want in a spa experience. My facial was perfect and left me with glowy skin!

I had a wonderful experience at Scents of Serenity on Grove Avenue. I had a wonderful facial by Tiffany who answered all of my questions about skin care. The atmosphere was very relaxing.. an enjoyable experience!

Im sure its a fine place but wanted to save someone else my frustrating situation. I waited several weeks for this appointment, only to receive a cancellation policy by text only three days before that had not been disclosed at booking (50% charge of all services if not canceled before a 48 hour mark). I called because this wasnt at all a risk I would be willing to absorb. Then the lady on the phone gave a different explanation, which was even more concerning. The long wait followed by a late notice and confusing terms created anxiety around the thought of going which defeats the purpose of a place meant for a mental escape. Shifting this level of risk onto the client, especially alongside high service costs and month long wait times, feels overly risk averse and out of alignment with a high end luxury experience that I thought they were selling. While a one time courtesy exception was offered, what I needed was dependable, clearly disclosed reasonable terms that I can count on. Transparency upfront would have changed the outcome. I would not have chose this spa and saved myself several weeks of wasted time had I known they were signalling high end luxury while delivering more stress.

The best massage I’ve ever had! From the warm and welcoming receptionists to the beautifully designed spa, it was all amazing. My masseur was Christopher, he did everything right! 10 out of 10 would recommend to book with him.
