I was promptly greeted and met with Jose. He was friendly and quickly diagnosed my problem. He resolved my problem almost instantly and did so with complete professionalism. He also provided me with some very helpful general user tips. Jose was as polite and responsive as he was capable. I am happy to know that such a business/staff exist. I would highly recommend Jose and Gadget Mates!

Let me start by saying before coming here we had looked at other repair shops and right away they were quoting us $170-$200 just to diagnose my pc and it was a bit stressful because the issue could be so minor that it felt like a rip off not to mention the sour attitude just dry interaction with a heavy service fee was disappointing as a whole, I honestly had just gave up and I let my pc sit for about a week and I came to realize I NEED MY PC 🥲 so my bf and I gave it another shot we came across this place recommended by my brother who had took his Xbox in and said not only did they fix the problem but they also cleaned it he was really happy with his service with them that we went ahead and took it in , the man who was working the front desk I didn’t get his name but I believe he’s the owner or a manager (had glasses ) he was awesome really friendly vibe welcoming he asked me what was wrong I explained he actually gave me a couple options on the service fee depending on what the diagnosis was once the tech took a look at it which I though was awesome !!! The price options were very fair, the technician Jose ! Was hands down amazing he was friendly , knowledgeable and he definitely was trying several things to get my pc to work, I will say that everyone’s issues will be different but I can say this team knows their stuff ! And they are very fair in their prices ! I would definitely recommend this place, Jose also builds pcs ! Which I thought was awesome now days everyone wants to customize their own pc mines was a pre built but if I knew someone that builds them I would have definitely went that route , jose noticed that my pc was actually built wrong 😑 when he said that I asked if he would transfer over my hardware to another case and rebuild it he said yes I can even download your data so you don’t lose anything the owner overheard us and he suggested I replace my pc with one in shop (amazing specs ! Great price ) but unfortunately I wasnt financially able to go for the deal as much as I wanted to due to my boyfriend moving to Vegas and I have a big family it’s Christmas just a lot of financial stuff I have to consider but if not I would of definitely went for it ! The owner and Jose were definitely trying to help me out I left really happy they fixed my pc and the fee was fair and now I know Jose can either build me a pc or I can just buy one from them, if I can give them 100 stars ⭐️ I would because it was great ! This is now my Go to shop for all my electronic repairs ! And before buying a pc I will check them out ! Thankyou for the awesome service and the friendly support ✨

I had the cracked screen on my iPhone 15 replaced, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. My phone looks absolutely brand new , flawless work and incredibly fast turnaround. The pricing was fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend their service to anyone needing a repair!

I brought in a very tricky high-end build, and Patrick the technician was outstanding. He was able to troubleshoot and get my Gen 5 NVMe drive running at full speed, something that had been giving me issues for a while. This setup wasn’t simple, but Patrick took the time to work through it and get everything dialed in. I’m very happy with the results and the overall service. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this place by another store. The Eastern Avenue location staff Carlos took my laptop in for a diagnosis pertaining to the BIOS issue. Carlos said ETA would be 24 hours and most likely by the end of that same day. I waited until the very next day afternoon and didn’t get a call or text, so I decided to follow up. On the phone, another staff told me that there was nothing wrong with the laptop with OS running again normal now and that I could come and pick the laptop up. I asked to have the laptop opened up to see if there was anything I need to do to prevent the same issue from happening again. This very same person told me that I would get a call in an hour. That never happened, so I went ahead to the store. Finally I was told the laptop was at Patrick Ln store now. I said no problem and more than happy to drive by the store. I met another stuff named Chris. Weirdly enough Chris asked me about my earlier conversation with the other staff at Eastern location. I told Chris that I was given the direction to come here and was informed that the laptop was ready for pickup. Chris went back to grab my laptop and came back said I had to pay to have the laptop released since they fixed it. I asked what’s the fix. Chris said that they just tried a few ways to boot the laptop and it worked somehow but didn’t know what the root cause was. Chris called the owner Mark, and we agreed to $40 customary charge. I also had Chris check a noise inside the laptop. The guy Chris used unbelievable brute force trying to open up the hinge cover but failed, which left damages to the cover. This is the primary reason I decided to write this review. It just sucks.
