My son was home from college for Christmas and needed the screen on his Lenovo laptop replaced because it was cracked. He had to head back to school earlier than expected, but Julio ordered the part and was able to work on it quickly and get it done before he needed to leave. Julio is very professional, responsive and communicative, which I greatly appreciate. Would highly recommend and will use Julio again if needed!
