Guys … let me start off by saying I love restaurants that are quiet and have dim lights ! Amazing atmosphere and ambiance. The staff is so so sweet, i was there taking pictures while they were closed(i wasn’t aware) and they let me which is so sweet im sorry . The food AMAZING, waygu sliders 10/10, the beef and lamb scewers 10/10 they were a little dry but baby it’s okay. The black mussels ong they were so good and they filled me up!! The drinks amazing i got the sunshine im paradise(this could be wrong) but it’s close and i swapped the gin out with vodka omg 10/10. They gave us a complimentary charcuterie board for my friend bday ans that was so so nice of them. I love it, amazing. I did spend about $100 alone by myself so be aware. My entree was the sea bass and crawfish Mac which was okay. The crawfish mac 10/10. Overall i give this place a 8.3/10 loved it will Be back with my man 😝

We celebrated our 8th anniversary at Gaia and had an amazing experience. From the start, they made us feel truly celebrated with a “Happy Anniversary” sign at our table and complimentary lobster & champagne! I couldnt believe it! The food was excellent. The Japanese A5 Wagyu was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. We also loved the crawfish mac and cheese, octopus, French onion soup, lamb sliders, truffle fries, mushrooms, and asparagus. Every dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. Dessert was a highlight too. The pistachio affogato and gingerbread affogato were both unique and delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and professional. Gaia is a perfect spot for a special occasion. There was a birthday and another anniversary being celebrated next to us. we’re so glad we chose it to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend.

You should absolutely come here and sit at the bar! My honest opinion, the food was okay, but the service and the ambiance was amazing and that’s enough to bring me back. I had a few appetizers didn’t really care for the oysters or the tuna tartar, but the lamb sliders were really delicious. Pablo (paul) was really great. Super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about cocktails and made some really delicious drinks. He honestly gave me such a good experience I would definitely return even tho the food wasn’t all that great. Elicie (sorry If I spelled it wrong) the manager, was really wonderful as well and recommended the brut rose which was so delicious, I will order that next time. Even some of the servers that were working were really friendly and overall for that reason I will absolutely be back! Thank y’all for being so kind😀 I go out to eat a lot, and I haven’t come across a staff this friendly in a long time!

I can't wait to go back. The food was so good. The waiter actually loved his job and knew the restaurant. He gave details, recommendations and an overall elevated dining experience! The best thing about the food was the taste but presentation came in very close. The Waygu sliders melt in your mouth. The keylime cocktail was great so was the lychee and rose cocktail, very pretty and without a perfume taste. The pineapple salsa brought out the crabcake, that was a different taste but I enjoyed it! The porterhouse was excellent, cooked medium to medium well by preference, full of natural flavors, not masked by too much seasonings.

From the start, the staff is wonderful and the vibes are great. The atmosphere is intimate yet open we were in a room with multiple other couples and groups but felt like we were not surrounded by others. We could hear each other and it wasn't too loud. They have a great cocktail list and the bar tenders were not shabby on their pours. The food was fantastic. The tomahawk was fantastic and cooked perfectly. We definitely would recommend it!
