My first visit, I got a full set (I believe I chose #9, but not 100% sure). The service was actually really fast—I was in and out within about 20 minutes, and I was happy with how my nails turned out. The second time, I came in for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was okay, not the best but not terrible either. One issue I had was that the hot stones were too hot and actually burned me a little—I had to tell him to stop. On the plus side, they didn’t use the cheese grater tool, which I personally don’t like. The biggest problem was the shellac on my toes. Just two days later, after I took a shower, the polish started melting and coming off like it was being erased. I went back the next day to get it fixed, but then the same thing happened again—it looked like the polish was lifting and scraping off underneath. I ended up going back three times within 4–5 days to fix the same issue. That’s not normal—shellac should not come off that quickly. Overall, I would come back for nails because they do a good job with full sets, but I would not recommend them for pedicures.
