Horrible customer service. Very confrontational when asked about her service Never in my life have i ever gotten threatened by an owner until i came to major beauty. Owner is aggressive rude and combative. Dont waste your time here and spend your hard earned money on an actual professional.

Very professional! It was my first time ever getting a wax. She was very informative and answered all my questions. I was nervous at first but she made me feel comfortable. It wasn't as much pain as I thought. She waxed my legs and lighter treatment. I will return for the same service and more.
