They watched me get assaulted and did nothing. The attacker ran in their store and must of hid some stuff from police. The guy works at the dollar general. Assaulted me and walked in this store and his something. Sad business to allow this behavior on today.
5 star service from beginning to end. The value of customer service and quality are unmatched . Martina greeted us and showed us what they had to offer and let us do the rest. She wasn't a pushy sales person like some people are in other stores. There was no pressure to move quickly or even purchase. Just really good customer service. The quality of the items are also great . I received my furniture today and love it! My delivery crew , Pablo and George were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just they way we wanted it . Definitely a long time customer for sure with galleria!
My experience here was Beyond great! I was helped by a young man name Marcos his costumer service was fantastic, he was able to answer every question I had for him and he also explained every sale they had and he also explained how price tags worked. He was the first to also greet me at the door!
I absolutely love this furniture store!! They take great care of their customer. I love that they are family own and they make sure that you walk out with everything you want at a great price. They are willing to work with anyone with any budget. I have bought furniture from them four times and I always go back because they take great care of me. I highly recommend this place!!!
