One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever had in phoenix, we had the Naco Torta and La Bomba burrito, and elote appetizer. So filling and delicious! For dessert the tres leche cake is a must!! It was perfectly smooth and creamy. Will definitely come again

I mean talk about mouth watering, Gallo Blanco is delectable. From the drinks, to the food, to the service - all outstanding. I was disappointed I didn't have an opportunity to return for another night and if I lived locally, would make this a staple. Ordered the tacos; fried chicken, pork belly and carne asada. They were so good I ordered a 4th (pork belly again). I had the house margarita (x2). Service was top level. Sat at the bar, got a bunch of recommendations of other places to visit whilst in town. Highly, highly recommend.

It’s one of those dishes you finish and immediately consider ordering again. The chicken mole is exceptional, showcasing depth and warmth without being heavy. The mole sauce is rich, layered, and beautifully executed, a reminder of how special this dish can be when made with care and restraint. It’s easily one of the best versions in the area. What ties everything together is the restaurant’s ability to keep dishes vibrant, thoughtful, and refined while still honoring the comfort and soul of Mexican cooking. Nothing feels overdone or gimmicky—just clean, bright flavors that respect the ingredients. Overall, Gallo Blanco is a standout in Phoenix: a restaurant that pairs excellent food with an inviting, airy space, delivering a dining experience that feels both modern and authentic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic flavors and chill vibes at Gallo Blanco! This spot blew me away. I stopped by for brunch and everything — from the atmosphere to the food — was spot-on. The place has a vibrant, artsy feel with colorful décor, cozy booths, and lots of natural light. Now to the food: The tacos are absolutely worth it — packed with flavor, great texture, and fresh ingredients. The chilaquiles verdes were the real standout: stacked high, drenched in tangy green sauce, and topped with a perfectly cooked egg. Comfort food done right. Don’t skip the café de olla either — served in a traditional mug with cinnamon spice and rich coffee aroma. It pairs perfectly with the vibe here. Service was friendly and fast. Great place for a casual brunch or to catch up with friends. Gallo Blanco nails it — can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu!

This is a modern Mexican restaurant with cool and hip vibe. It has good services and yummy food. Went there on Tuesday night and it was almost full house. Horchata and Gallo Margarita were great. The bartender, Connor, who was also our server, served our drinks quickly. The shrimp cocktail was incredible and refreshing. It is the best shrimp cocktail ever! I liked the freshness of the shrimp and the flavorful cocktail sauce. Chilaquiles was yummy too. Visited the restaurant again a few days later to try their pozole, tacos, and churros. All tasted good.
