After getting the runaround from some other management companies in the area, Jessica and CeCe made my first time moving extremely easy and quick! I was allowed to do a self tour and check out the apartment on my own accord. The place was extremely clean and roomy despite the low rent cost and I was moved in within two weeks of applying. My only minor gripe was a small leak under the kitchen sink (that was fixed within a day of putting in a maintenance request). I went with Garcia due to their incredible rating for a property management company and so far they have lived up to the hype! I couldn't be happier with my first few days in the unit! :D

I would, and will, recommend Arin Webber to everyone I know. Our sale was a unique situation and Arin was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive any time we had a question or needed to verify a step in the process. She listened closely to what we wanted out of this process, and did everything we asked of her. She was never pushy, only supportive. She is clearly passionate about making sure people get exactly what they want out of the home buying/selling process. Can't recommend her highly enough. 10/10. Would recommend. She even let us bring our dog to closing.

Alex Castellano is absolutely amazing! This was my second time working with her and she continues to impress with her super friendly, responsive and caring personality, professionalism, knowledge of the market and neighborhoods, and expertise through every step of the process from home prep to staging to showing, inspections, and closing the transaction. Due to the nature of this move, my timeframe was quite extended, and Alex was more than happy to assist as needed, as things progressed slowly, and then kicked the process into gear when I was ready to move ahead. If I were to return to the St. Louis area, Alex will be my first call!

Mollie Bliss Mollie was amazing. She helped us buy our house and sell our condo and nothing ever slipped past her. She was super proactive, always advocating for us, and incredibly knowledgeable. If something came up that needed checking, she had already asked about it by the time she told us and was already working on an answer. Her communication was the perfect balance. Responsive when we needed her and never overwhelming. Working with her felt easy and smooth. I would recommend her to anyone who will listen. She is truly one of the best.

DO NOT RENT or BUY with GARCIA. It’s over priced and not worth it. I got apartment 5 years ago… the condition of the apartment was unacceptable… I spent 3 days cleaning it. The closet and walls were completely ruined with cheap paint full dust, dog hair, grease and dirt. walls and closets were having humidity issues so I fixed and painted it to make it livable, the fired place was falling apart also I fixed. The apartment was a mess and my rent was pretty high but I made it for 5 years. After all that we decided to move out for the really bad condition of the building and i got a email from Sarah saying: “thanks for the effort and maintenance you did in the apartment but we won’t process your deposit because you paint the walls dark” yes I did painting the 2 rooms dark for all the humidity and black water coming out of the walls… after 5 years putting my time and money to keeping that place together and clean all what i got was “thanks for the effort and we’ll keep your deposit” what about if you guys pay me back for all the maintenance and effort I did for the last few years, all the water coming out of the walls ruining some of my clothes and furniture. 5 years when you guys never put one penny in the building or apartment. ILL NEVER RECOMMEND GARCIA AND I MAKE SURE TO POST THIS IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA.
