I love stopping by Garden Retreat! I have purchased many house plants and pots from them, as well as a few annuals and veggies for the garden. I don't have a green thumb at all but my house plants are thriving and very healthy. I have called with questions before and always receive expert help, prices for plants are reasonable but some accessories are more expensive which is to be expected. I don't mind paying more here to support local, and the experience beats big box stores any day, it's actually enjoyable to browse around. A family member bought a greenhouse from here many years ago and it's held up very well over time and they love it. I would highly recommend going here because they're great people! It's really close to public transit 🚌, so that's nice if you don't have access to a vehicle all the time. Two wishes are that they are open later on weekdays and they had more selection for an online store or local delivery.

Melissa was very good with handling our needs. My wife has aphasia so some people are trying to finish her sentences or talking down to her but not Melissa. I am thankful for her help. She made us feel important. These are plants we bought. Yay.
