Service Tech was Cody. He gave me a very detailed evaluation of my garage door. Spent time explaining everything and answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what needed to be fixed and possible things that could wait. Would not hesitate to have him come back again.

Joseph Pilgrim with gator garage was very nice, he was able to diagnose my main issue with having them come out to overlook my garage motors. He took time to look at my garage doors and give me an update on things that were ok and things that weren’t, which for being doors and motors from 93, there was some issues! I appreciated the feedback and prompt response with the estimates to help get my garage doors fixed in the future. I will definitely be using him when the time comes to replace my motors and doors, don’t hesitate to use him.

Excellent service! Scheduled service online easily. Cody arrived promptly. He is always professional, punctual and thorough. He works quickly and quietly and really seems to enjoy his work. Instead of making me feel silly about the issue, Joseph was professional and understanding. What really impressed me was that he didn't just fix the immediate problem and leave. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system and identified some potential long-term issues with the springs. He explained everything clearly and gave me honest recommendations without any pressure. To top it off, he even offered a discount.
