Roman did an amazing job. We had a leak under our water heater Sgt feared the worst because our water heater is on the older side. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the pipes under it, fixed it quickly and didn't charge us for things we don't need. He thoroughly tested the system and made sure there's no other leaks. He then gave us an estimate for the water heater if we decide to do it, as it is old. I know just enough about plumbing to know when a contractor is honest, and these guys are!

Avoid at all costs!! Allen and Reliant plumbing are scammers. They improperly charged our credit card three times. Each time they lie and say they have taken our credit card out of their system. We called the bank to block them and they just charge under different accounts until it goes through. Notice they don't deny it, they just provide a perfunctory response until they charge you again for their annual membership. Allen please do the right thing this time.

Price gouging. I called them for a water main valve that broke off on a Saturday night. They assured me multiple times the only rate increase was the after-hours service charge, which was $150. Reliant Plumber came in a reasonable time. When he arrived, tried selling me 3 other repairs that were required to get up to code. Quoted me $1987 to complete the job and just getting the water on would be $1200. I found 3 other plumbers Sunday morning willing to do it for $450 or less. Took the private guy I used under 2 hours to complete the job including a 30 minute trip to Lowe's. Reliant has all these nice new electric vans they have to repay and are passing those vehicle loan costs on to consumers. Do the work of getting multiple quotes from Facebook and NextDoor.com and you'll save massive amounts of money!!! Buyer be warned!
