Cannot recommend Ben highly enough! Both the pre-vaccination visit and the puppy classes have given us the best foundations for our puppy Pablo and for ourselves as owners too. The classes are informal and friendly and we learnt a lot in just one hour sessions (and Pablo loved them!)

Could not be more grateful for all the help Ben, Alex and the team have been with our Dogs Trust puppy. When our puppy first came home Ben came to the house to help us settle him in with our other dog. We have just completed our puppy course and started our scent work training. Thank you all for your help and advise.

All I can say is Ben is a true professional full of practical, real-world knowledge. My puppy and myself progressed more in his 2 hour 1-1 session than I thought would ever be possible! Cannot wait for your puppy classes in a few weeks time! Sway and I look forward to more advice and guidance in the very near future.

Ben helped us out massively with our dog Finn. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting a puppy or needing any additional help with their dog. We had a two hour session and he gave us some great tips and training lessons to take away to help us with various behaviours. Ben was super knowledgable, professional and friendly! Finn loved it and so did we so thank you so much Ben!

I can’t recommend Gatsby and Poole highly enough! As a first time puppy parent I was a bit overwhelmed by how much I needed to teach my new best friend but training with Ben, Rose and Alex has been brilliant. The puppy essentials course with its focus on kind, reward based, positive training is exactly what I was after and is so much fun for both me and Millie. We’ll definitely be continuing our training, I’m sure there’s lots more Millie wants me to learn!
