Cannot recommend Ben highly enough! Both the pre-vaccination visit and the puppy classes have given us the best foundations for our puppy Pablo and for ourselves as owners too. The classes are informal and friendly and we learnt a lot in just one hour sessions (and Pablo loved them!)

Ben helped us out massively with our dog Finn. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting a puppy or needing any additional help with their dog. I can’t recommend Gatsby and Poole highly enough! As a first time puppy parent I was a bit overwhelmed by how much I needed to teach my new best friend but training with Ben, Rose and Alex has been brilliant. The puppy essentials course with its focus on kind, reward based, positive training is exactly what I was after and is so much fun for both me and Millie. We’ll definitely be continuing our training, I’m sure there’s lots more Millie wants me to learn!
