Gee and the team came to install a new boiler and the whole process was perfect, definitely the best tradesmen/company I’ve used so far as a homeowner! If the need should ever arise, I will use Gee at GD Plumbing again in a heart beat. He came within an hour of contacting him (on a Sunday!) and was able to free up some of his time to fix our boiler issue the very next day. They came in to fix extremely poor work left behind by a previous plumber on both of my bathrooms, and the difference is night and day. From the start, they were incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about doing things properly, not just quickly. They took the time to explain what had gone wrong before, corrected issues that others might have ignored, and went well beyond what was expected to make sure everything was finished to a very high standard.
