The company I work for rented the Mario Kart arcade game for the 2026 Comic Con for three days and Daniel and Brittany were amazing, the game worked great, and the price for a three day rental was amazing! Delivery and pick-up went so smooth I didn’t have to lift a finger as they offer to drop off and pick up before and after the event. They can set the game to “free play” so you can play it as much as you want! Will definitely be renting from them again!

Daniel and Brittany have always been super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the hobby. They have helped me with troubleshooting problems, finding parts and finding machines that I never thought I would own. If you have an arcade or pinball machine that needs parts, repairs, or working on a restoration project. They are the to go people to help you out.

I was very disappointed with my pinball repair scheduled a month out by this company. They arrived, spent a half hour mis diagnosing my issue and recommended a part i didn't need. The cost of the visit? $220 for half an hour and the part $110 for a system 11 replacement board. Both were wrong. After ordering the manual myself and spending a fair amount of time i tracked the issue down to the coin door switch and start button. Cost under $50. Take my advice, learn to repair your own machine.
