I made a reservation but were seated in a far corner of the restaurant where it was hard to see the football game, even though there were plenty of open tables available. After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone came by, and we had to ask a staff member to take our order. Only then did someone come over. The food came out fairly quickly, but the burger was a serious issue. The patty was cold and undercooked inside. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until my child had already eaten a significant portion, which is very concerning from a food safety standpoint. The quesadilla also had an excessive amount of cheese. It was overly heavy and messy, making it uncomfortable to eat and throwing off the balance of the dish. This is a sports bar, but the sound system echoes heavily in the space, making it uncomfortably loud rather than enjoyable. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish, and we don’t plan on returning.

It is no longer worth it. You dont win tickets. Pay 100 dollars and leave with 1000 tickets at most and you can buy 3 candies. I'm not even almost playing. Don't expext to win prizes. They way you to spend 500 dollars to maybe get 2k tickets. Games arent even fun anymore. Never coming back. Not worth my hard work!

Food was ok, not as good as I had expected. Ordered the Philly Roll appetizer, I wouldn’t order them again, we also ordered the ribs and mini burgers, the burger buns were hard. My friend is a vegetarian and ordered the Bean Burger, it came pretty charred and she had to send it back. The drinks were delicious, service was excellent, and the kids enjoyed playing here for a few hours.

Ordered nachos and the cheese was not fresh nor was the topping fresh, the avacasp was brown black served to us. Does this look good to yall? Was not good at all. Plus the cook forgot to add ingredients based off what the menu stated it came with. Poor quality! Definitely a poor quality of “Mountain O Nachos”

Dave & Busters has definitely stepped up their food game. We went on a Wednesday night and everything was perfect! We ordered chicken bacon avocado club, Parmesan chicken with fries, kids cheese burger and boneless wings with truffle fries 🤤🤤🤤 Everything was so good. We hadn’t been in a few years but I definitely do not remember the food being this amazing. Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and our drinks never got below the half way mark before she asked if we needed refills. My kids played for 3 hours (way longer than expected 😐) off a $50 super charged game card! Kids got so many tickets and prizes, definitely one of the best family experiences we have had there. We will definitely be going back soon!
