My had an issue where Video card had died on my PC. Because of the nature of the way it died, I thought something else may have happened. So i had Geeks 2 You come out. The Tech was on time, polite and responsive to what the issue was. After some quick trouble shooting he confirmed the video card had fried but also determined the cause was that a power cable to the video card had over heated and melted. Had I just swapped out the card, i would not have noticed it but He took the time to try and find the root cause. Once done he also helped install new fans and tune it up. I would recommend Geeks 2 you to friends for pc service.
