Drake has been absolutely phenomenal in solving my various compter issues. He solved problems that Cox, Comcast, and the Geek Squad had not been able to solve for over a year! He worked miracles!

My had an issue where Video card had died on my PC. Because of the nature of the way it died, I thought something else may have happened. So i had Geeks 2 You come out. The Tech was on time, polite and responsive to what the issue was. After some quick trouble shooting he confirmed the video card had fried but also determined the cause was that a power cable to the video card had over heated and melted. Had I just swapped out the card, i would not have noticed it but He took the time to try and find the root cause. Once done he also helped install new fans and tune it up. I would recommend Geeks 2 you to friends for pc service.

My technician from Geeks2you was Ezra Pannack. Ezra is very efficient, and his knowledge base with computers is vast. He was patient with me in answering the questions I posed, and he put me at ease with his thoughtful demeanor. I would highly recommend Ezra by name when you call Geeks2you for aid, and I expect that you will be most pleased with the recommendation. He is a FIVE STAR professional.

Dartise Foster was here one day after I contacted Geeks 2 You. His knowledge and professionalism was amazing. Within one hour he repaired at least five problems with our laptop and printer. I will not hesitate to call Geeks 2 you and Dartise in the future. A true 5 Star experience.
