Had a 20yr old dell that had crashed. Techbros offered me a refurbished machine at a reasonable price and rebuilt the file/data system from my crashed machine in a short time. They also helped revive a vintage dell as a backup. Kudos to Alan who identified and solved multiple SW/HW issues.

Allen was amazing! I could not get Internet to show up on my computer and Allen had me up and running in a little over an hour! He is very experienced and knows how to fix your computer without spending time and expense to do it. I highly recommend Techbros!

500 for authentic Apple glass LCD replacement and I’m not completely sold that it’s truly authentic… I could be wrong but it just does not seem like the factory glass to me. Said the work would be done in about 10 days- Ended up taking a month because they originally ordered the wrong color glass.. which was no big deal to me. It happens. Our main complaint is that within 60 days, the glass/screen was popping out of the bottom left corner of the MacBook Pro. We emailed them but never heard back. I was not in AZ at the time to go physically into the store, but now it’s past 90 days of the warranty repair. Employees were friendly and communicative during the service but I am unhappy with the work that was done.

Very communicative about the work and cost of work being done, professional, and replaced my laptops motherboard within 3 days. definitely impressed by the service and speed which the technician provided.

The best of the best!!! It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your electronics… People can be pushy and money hungry but not these guys! They recommended I use my warranty instead of them squeezing me out of any money 🤯 You don’t see this kind of helpfulness anymore! I still needed another repair and they gave me the best prices and best customer service! They did the whole equipment and electronics setup for the offices that I work at and so I thought maybe they can fix my phone and they did an outstanding job! My phone is working better than ever!
