In celebration of a milestone anniversary this year, my husband and I were looking for a jewelry designer to work with for a custom ring. From the moment I stepped into the jewelry store, Kendice provided such exceptional service! Right from the start of the process of my custom ring, Kendice worked with me on the design I had in mind… the style, setting and size of diamond. She listened, gave advice, took plenty of notes and sketches before submitting the custom ring to her designer. Kendice stayed in touch with me though-out the process, answered my questions and always provided updates. I was also provided with a render (3D image) of the ring, which was absolutely gorgeous. In less than a month, my ring was ready and the result was a stunning platinum princess cut solitaire that exceeded all my expectations! Thank-you, Kendice for all your help and guidance and for making the entire process such a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful ring and one that truly represents a very special occasion.

Have never written a Google review before but this store merits it more than any customer experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Gem for all jewelry needs - we worked with Justin to design our engagement ring from scratch. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The end cost was lower than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Overall just an exceptional interaction/process with everybody at the store and will be returning to them for all future jewelry purchases.
