HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Ming is the best goldsmith and business owner. Very talented in his skill and craftmanship. I do not bring my jewelry anywhere else! He’s done a lot of pieces for me, from resizing, soldering, customs. I’m always so thrilled whenever I get my pieces back and they’re always perfect! He’s also very fast!! Thank you for always the best service.

I went to 3 different top rated jewellery stores to get my wife's engagment ring that had a broken opal swapped to a blue sapphire we had. All 3 stores turned me away stating it was too difficult to change the setting from a flat opal stone to a stone that was multi-faceted and basically the whole ring would need to be remade. My wife and I were a little discouraged at this point but luckily our 4th stop was Pacific Jewellery and the owner said this could be done no problem. One week later we picked up the ring and we were very happy with the level of craftsmanship, it turned out flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience here. Got my engagement ring resized, and my family heirloom Pearl necklace was restrung beautifully! They even polished the vintage clasp! And such a reasonable price. Thank you!

I had an incredibly positive experience at Pacific Jewelry! The owners are kind, genuine, and truly care about their customers’ satisfaction. They made sure I was happy with every detail and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. Their pricing is also very fair, a large jewelry store in Calgary quoted me over $800 to reset a center stone into a new setting, Pacific Jewelry offered to do it for about a third of that cost. This is a family-owned small business that clearly takes great pride in their craft and customer service. I would confidently recommend them over any larger local jewelry store. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I have been going to Pacific Jewellery for years with small repairs and the service and work has always been amazing, but last year when my mom lost her wedding ring, Minh went so far above and beyond to help us. My parents had their wedding rings custom made when they were overseas in the 70's and it was devastating when my mom lost hers. Minh was able to take my dad's ring, and replicate the design for my mom and the ring turned out beautiful (and truthfully, it was even better than the original - minus the sentimental value of course). The price was so reasonable and he squeezed in the work so my dad could give it to her on their anniversary, which was such a special moment. Thank you so much Minh, and thanks to your wife (so sorry that I don't know her name) who always gives such warm, great service when I'm in the store. You're our favourite jewellers by far.
