Dr. Bridget is amazing!! She helped me A TON in my preparation for my first birth that I'm waiting for any day now! I came in thinking I was a lost cause, and she proved that wasn't the case at all. I've learned so much about how to get my body ready for a safe natural delivery, and I cannot recommend her enough!! More women need to know what all pelvic floor therapists can do for them!!

I didn’t know much about pelvic floor therapy before this pregnancy (my second), but Dr. Lauren has been an absolute game-changer for me! From the start, she worked wonders on my body—relieving an old tailbone injury and persistent glute pain that had been plaguing me. Then, at 36 weeks when my baby was transverse, Lauren quickly identified incredibly tight hips as the issue. She did targeted work on both sides during the session, and unbelievably, by the time I left the appointment, my baby had flipped head-down! No exaggeration—I confirmed it with my midwife that same afternoon. I can’t recommend Lauren enough. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly skilled at providing real relief for pregnant mamas dealing with discomfort or positioning concerns. Pelvic floor therapy has been a lifesaver, and Lauren is the best!

Dr. Megan Pellacani at Genesis PT and Wellness is a phenomenal physical therapist. I have been to her for a variety of physical therapy needs, and every time has been an excellent experience. She really listens and cares about her patients as whole people, not just the injury or problem area. The whole philosophy at Genesis PT and Wellness is to help patients get to the root cause and not just treat the symptoms. I highly recommend the practice as a whole and Dr Megan Pellacani specifically if you are looking for a skilled PT who can help you overcome pain and build strength and functionality in your life.
