Genesis is a very encouraging place to work out! I found them on Google, close to my house. I love the coaches that are available for any questions or help you need with your workout. They will help you modify your workout if you have an injury or can’t do something. They let me bring my two girlfriends with me to workout with me when they were in town. So welcoming and everyone that works here is very encouraging and helpful. Money well spent, if you thinking about joining a gym don’t think anymore just do it, do it for yourself! You deserve it! And choose Genesis!
Highly recommend Genesis Sports Performance. The trainers are all very nice and tailor the training to meet your needs. They listen to your goals and truly care about you as a person. Way better experience and worth the money compared to going to a regular gym. The community at the gym is great, and the facility is nice, clean, and spacious. I also met my husband through Genesis, and we are very grateful for that!
My wife and I started working out at Genesis just over two years ago. I have lost 20 pounds, and gotten way stronger. I knew I had found the right place when I had extensive ankle surgery and my coach Derek was able to adapt all my workouts. He also continues to modify our workouts to address specific areas we are focusing on. The atmosphere is great-athletes training alongside adult classes and other groups. The environment is healthy and supportive, and the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and know how to push. I recommend it 100%!
