Best studio throughout Indy and Carmel which I’m confident saying since I’ve tried them all😄 at other studios sometimes it feels too easy and I leave and feel like I need to go for a run! That’s not the case here. It’s so challenging but in a safe and healthy way that is helping my body and not breaking it down like other challenging workouts. It’s great for all levels and can be modified based on where someone is at.

Voltage is a top-notch classical pilates studio! Their exceptional instructors have a sharp eye for body mechanics, movement patterns, asymmetries, and more. You won't only learn choreography here: the Voltage instructors help you find the connections and relationships between the exercises, and to understand the "why" behind each exercise. They really cultivate their students' sense of curiosity about how our bodies move in relationship to gravity, external forces such as the resistance of a spring, our own unique imbalances, and more. The studio is fully equipped with all of the different classical apparatus, so there are plenty of options for finding which equipment might be the best place to help you develop a particular skill that might otherwise feel inaccessible elsewhere in the studio. I discover something new or interesting about the way I move at each and every session... not to mention getting a solid workout each time! And best of all, the instructors and fellow students are all very friendly and relatable. It's a great place to work out and learn :)

If you want old school classical Pilates, this is it. The Indy area is lucky to have this available. I have been a student for 2-3 years and decades of accumulated issues from putting my body through the wringer have been reversed. In addition to the therapeutic quality, if a hard workout is your thing… you won’t be disappointed.
