The entire crew was outstanding. Super friendly, super communicative, and just totally professional. When my items arrived at the other end of the move, the team there was equally the same. My wife and I commented on how great everyone was and how Gentle Giant must be doing a great job on how they treat their people and create a great culture. Keep up the great work and you’ll be moving my next home soon as well as the stuff we just put in storage to our final destination in Philadelphia.
I needed a crane to get some appliances out/in of my house. I contacted a few companies but GG were the ones who took the time to understand my situation, asked all the right questions and came in at the most reasonable price. Rooty, Gerard and Demas made quick work of the job. Very professional but also warm and friendly. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service. These guys are legends for a reason.
I was very happy with my Gentle Giant crane move. Communication pre and during move was exceptional. The crew were experts, polite, showed up on time and worked quickly. A shout out to Rudi, who was very proactive with the appliance dealer and saved me a lot of hassle and money. Their quote was half the competition for a crane move and it came in right on the quote.

I had an amazing experience with Gentle Giant Movers. They helped me with an extremely tricky job: hand-hoisting a very large and heavy chair through double doors on a second-story balcony. From start to finish, the crew was incredibly efficient, careful, and kind. They took the time to make sure nothing was damaged, communicated clearly the whole way through, and handled the challenge like total pros.
