Anne is knowledgeable, facilitates pushing yourself and holds space for you to grow. I’ve been doing small group training for 3 months now and have no plans to stop. It’s a great environment that Anne has curated for her groups and I am seeing not just physical progress, but an overall wellness. I am able to take this time out for myself to practice mindfulness and share a laugh with a group of the most inspirational people!
