Wow! Great customer service. Came to our home same day we called. 10 times better than Geek Squad. Rick took the time to explain everything to us. My computer and printer are like brand new. Saved us a lot of money. Thank you Rick! 🙂

So I was looking for someone to upgrade my wife's old computer so I could use it to design portal games. I looked online for the obvious places like Techs at Best Buy and others. However, in the list of computer specialists I came across Rick & Genuine Tech Geek LLC. I started to read the reviews from customers. He has a perfect 5.0 rating. A lot of people raved about his work and were definitely satisfied with his service. So I contacted Rick. He made arrangements to come by my home to meet with me. There was no hassle or difficulty in the initial meeting plans. When I met Rick in person he was professional and very friendly. What I appreciated was the old school business feel to it. Rick showed up, understood what I needed, and made me feel comfortable to work with him. He kept in constant contact with me and was honest and empathetic to my concerns. However, instead of upgrading my wife's computer, he made me an a very fair and genuine offer on a gaming computer that definitely met my needs. Later, I met him again to purchase. The old school business & customer feel was still there. We had a talk about his history in electronics. I was very impressed with his background in this field. This also ensured my confidence in my investment. The computer is awesome! 💯🙏💚👍 It satisfies all my needs and runs great 👍 When I asked, "What if there's an issue with the computer?" Rick didn't hesitate to offer service to it if required. I am extremely glad I came across Rick's site. The communication was perfect. I will definitely be bringing future business to him. Rick did an impressive job of fixing a circuit board on our hot tub. To my surprise, I ended up getting my espresso machine repaired quickly and cheaply by him as well! Rick actually saved us money in comparison to the manufacturer pricing. My husband and I are extremely pleased and appreciative of his work. He was polite, quick, honest, kept us updated, and explained what he was doing. Excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Rick, with Genuine Tech Geek LLC. This owner is definitely the smartest electronics technician I’ve met!!! After speaking to several spa techs I found out that those companies not only are guessing at the problem , they just throw the max price at you knowing they’re not sure of problems and just want to replace everything until they figure it out, but at my expense . Rick on the other hand was professional and went above and beyond by using his expertise by repairing the circuit board instead of replacement. Once that was fixed he then methodically took steps to address the other problems with the spa and it works like new. Currently, Rick is working on my motor/ pump and doing a fantastic job. This guy saved me over 1K. If you need any electronics repair, weather it is a spa , like in my situation or anything else you can count on Rick to get it done without breaking the bank. I’m. Disabled Combat Vet and he definitely treated me fairly and did excellent work very quickly !!!

I found Rick on Google. I would highly recommend it! He fixed my Epson printer 2800 within 10 minutes. Great communication skills and pricing is very fair! 5 out of 5 stars!
