These guys will take your insurance money and let you drive a car that is at a total loss. How? Well, a check engine light that was for an “oil change,” ended up being an unaddressed bad steering rack that’s $11K and having to file a supplemental claim. My inside panel was also thrown in the trunk. Great service after being in the shop for 3 months. Please feel free to contact me if ANYONE would like to personally hear my experience.

First red flag was when I was dropping my vehicle off another customer was stating that they did not replace a door handle that she paid to replace. I was hoping I didn’t have any issues when getting my vehicle. I was disappointed when I inspected my vehicle upon pickup and noticed spots of what looked like red iridescent paint on my black truck that was not on my vehicle when inspected at drop off. I notified the estimator, Jordan, but he acted as if I was seeing things and called out the owner’s son whom also didn’t seem like it was a big deal. I asked why the vehicle was not inspected before contacting a customer to pickup and to compare pictures that were taken at the initial assessment. I was told to come back the following week to buff out and Jordan said he was trying to “help me” by getting it buffed out. I was very confused as how it “helped me” when this should have been noticed during a final inspection and corrected then. Why wouldn’t the issue be fixed then instead of inconveniencing me to come back? I didn’t care for the service at all! No apology and no accountability. I previously had vehicles serviced here. Will not return for service nor will I recommend.

Staff is kind and professional. It is their due diligence where they fall short. My car was returned to me on a Friday with a headlight not working. I can’t call anyone because they are closed on the weekend and now I can’t drive my car for the next two nights. It is a huge mistake but with simple effort could have been prevented. It’s irresponsible. The repercussions are bad. I have no car to drive at night and even worse I could have gotten a ticket! I am extremely frustrated as I asked for my car to be taken back to the technician to close the gap between the bumper and light (they had the car 16 days to replace the bumper.) So there was a second chance to check. I also noticed small scratches on the hood that I didn’t bother getting someone’s attention again to notice as I already had asked for something to be fixed properly. But the headlight? That’s just dangerous and negligent.
