We have been working with Kai on designing our dream home and it couldn’t be better. He listened to our vision, took copious notes and incorporated every detail we told him was important to us. He also made recommendations that saved us money and introduced us to several builders and design firms that have led to us having a fantastic group of individuals building our home. We couldn’t be happier!

We subcontracted the building of our custom home ourselves so it was really important to start with a really solid plan so we wouldn’t get too far off track. Working with Kai and his team was so easy and fun. I love that Kai will let the homeowner take the lead on design elements even if it’s not how he would typically do something but he will also gently push back if you’re making a decision that will cause trouble for you. I also loved that I could ask a question like “how much bigger does this room need to be to add a pool table” and he just knows the answer. We have lived in three high-end custom homes and our Geschke is by far the most beautiful and livable home we’ve ever lived in. Kai and team were an absolute pleasure to work with and the whole process was totally seamless. I couldn’t recommend Geschke group more.
As a designer, I have worked with Kai and his team on many projects throughout the years and I have witnessed the amazing growth he and his firm have experienced. Kai is not only a fantastic architect but also an excellent human being to work with! His design processes are on point and he and his team are involved with his clients and the builder throughout the entire project - and beyond. I have attached some images of new construction projects on which Kai and I have collaborated together throughout the years. Needless to say, the homeowners were thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend Kai and his team for any project whether it be residential or commercial.
